Welcome to my class! I am excited to meet each of you on the first day of school. This page will introduce me to you and your family. I hope you enjoy your 3rd Grade year! I graduated in 1999 from the University of Houston with an English Degree and a Minor in Psychology. I then decided to attend Southwestern Professional Institute to become a Paralegal. I worked for three years as a Paralegal and then decided to go back to school and become a Professional where I can make a difference in the world. I decided my true calling is to become a teacher. This will be my second year teaching 3rd Grade at Odyssey Academy. The atmosphere and respect for staff and students at our school is wonderful. I have never felt so much community in a working environment until I came to Odyssey Academy. I hope this feeling is felt by students and parents throughout the year. Odyssey Academy is a wonderful place and I am excited to work with each of you throughout the 2007—2008 school year. If you have any questions or concerns, please know that I am easy to talk to and would love to help in any way I can to help make 3rd Grade a good experience for everyone in my class.
